Două răceli aproape succesive nu doar că m-au uimit pentru că mă ştiam mai rezistent, dar mi-au &#8220;asigurat&#8221; alte şase săptămâni de pauză care mi-au diminuat dexteritatea.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cu toate acestea, în ciuda oricărui inconvenient, sunt hotărât să nu mă las. Am dat din nou un test să văd până unde mi-a scăzut capacitatea, şi voi continua de acolo. Bineinţeles, nu mai sunt exact unde eram sau aş fi vrut să rămân, dar nici începător nu mai sunt.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Unii mi-au sugerat că programul nu e cel mai indicat. Nici la siluetă nu ajută cine ştie cât. S-ar putea să mă ajute măcar să-mi păstrez condiţia, dar nu am cine ştie ce speranţe, ţinând cont de portofel şi alimentele de pe piaţă. Ceea ce am urmărit e dorinţa de a merge până la capăt, de a-mi întări voinţa în ceea ce mi-am propus, să perseverez până ajung la o sută de flotări. Ştiu că pot, şi o să-mi demonstrez asta.</p>

Asadar, saptamana trecuta m-am inscris la <a href="http://hundredpushups.com/test.html" target="_blank">testul initial</a>, hotarand ca de saptamana asta sa particip la &#8220;cursuri&#8221;.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Stiti vorba aia, totul incepe de la o luni. Asa <a href="http://hundredpushups.com/week1.html" target="_blank">am inceput</a> si eu, si ma bucur ca pot practica ceva miscare fara prea mare efort &#8211; ba am facut ceva efort, deja simt febra musculara, doar ca nu mai trebuie neaparat sa ies din casa, sa platesc abonament la sala sau un antrenor. Oricum, si astea ar fi bune, dar sa incepem incet si sigur.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Am decis sa scriu despre asta pe blog, pentru a va lua ca martori &#8220;impotriva mea&#8221; in cazul in care as fi tentat sa renunt (va rog din suflet sa ma-ncurajati! &#8211; si galeria incepe sa scandeze.. :P). Dar, deasemenea, poate castig si eu un prozelit, ca mai am nevoie sa ma incurajez reciproc cu inca cineva. Cine se baga?</p>
